Stage Ingénieur : Linéarisation DPD assistée par IA des amplificateurs de puissance RF 5G F/MContextThe “System” team of the NXP Radio Power department, located in Toulouse, France, develops the bricks (software and hardware) of the digital pre-distortion system linearizing the RF Power amplifiers, which are part of the 5G Cellular telecommunication infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesThe intern will study how different Artificial Intelligence algorithms (LSTM, Genetic) can help optimize the performance of the linearization: resource reduction for a given linearity target, optimum linearity without resource constraints. Looking at generalizing the results to all solutions developed by the Radio Power department will complete the study. This internship is an attractive combination of both software development and practical experiment in the laboratory.Your profile:Bac + 5 (Master II or last year of french « école d’ingénieur ») in Electronics with a major in signal processing or Computer science/applied mathematics with telecom specialty.The student should demonstrate a first experience in Matlab programming.Knowledge on 5G standards, operational research algorithms, machine learning, digital predistortion, will be appreciated.Knowledge in Radio transmission systems and/or Microwave Electronics is a plus.Good English level is mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr
