Job Description You join the team as Head of Programs and Projects, you are in charge of managing and coordinating the company’s programs and projects in the asset management sector. You are also responsible for implementing a coherent and integrated approach for all activities related to the company’s programs and projects in collaboration with the other NIM OS departments. Your daily duties are to: Lead and coordinate the company’s program and project activities, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring; Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and business partners regarding transformation initiatives and their roadmap; Coordinate the various stakeholders (business, IT, publishers, service providers) in order to achieve the objectives set while ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables; Lead transformation teams, ensure quality and integrity of company programs and projects; Develop and implement policies and procedures for program and project management in collaboration with other NIMOS directorates; Ensure adequate project portfolio governance and reporting to corporate management. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us! With a degree in business or engineering, you have at least 10 years of experience in asset management positions, with prior experience in program and project management. You are familiar with: Programme and project management methodologies in the asset management sector; Project management and activity coordination skills; You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are: Known for your communication skills during presentations; Valued for your team spirit and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
