Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Line Leader to join our team at Mondelez Global LLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing lines, maintaining equipment, and driving quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of production staff to achieve production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
- Develop and implement autonomous maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role, with a focus on equipment maintenance and quality control.
- Strong knowledge of autonomous maintenance principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex production issues.
