Digital Project Leader & Scrum Master (m/f)Airbus Helicopters is looking for a "Digital Project Leader & Scrum Master (m/f)" to join our team in Marignane, France.You will join the AH Information Management Directorate, to manage, drive and monitor the delivery of Digital projects related to Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal.Activities around Airbus Helicopters Customer portal are mainly driven by Support and Services departments. The business domain is composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help build customer relationships.The Digital Customer Relationship Management Product Service Line team is dedicated to supporting these businesses in deploying IT solutions that support a common vision shared across business departments.The CRM solutions portfolio consists of:Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other applications (QUIP, PROS CPQ, Qualtrics…)Customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standardsTechnical requests applications: a set of web and mobile-based services developed specifically to meet both Customer expectations and Security standardsYour challenges:The mission of the AirbusWorld Digital project manager is to:Ensure the availability and functionality of Airbus Helicopters Customer Portal and its core servicesLead the project considering time, budget, and qualityEnsure active risk and opportunity managementUnderstand business needs and strategic objectives and propose corresponding IT solutionsMaintain the product roadmap in line with Enterprise Architecture, Digital strategy, and objectivesSupport the definition of governance for the customer portal and its core servicesParticipate in Airbus group initiatives and lead technical exchangesBenchmark other companies on how they handle their external portalsEnsure effective management of partners and suppliersAs a Scrum Master:Ensure the good application of Agile within the team, animate all scrum ceremonies and help the team through PI Planning.Define and lead continuous improvement plansMain responsibilities:Take over Business demand and organize appropriately its fulfillmentDefine project scope, architecture, planning, and costing, and be accountable for the execution phase with respect to key performance indicatorsDefine and implement the right IT Make or Buy strategy for your productCoordinate IT internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines, quality, and costAccountable for the End to End Product lifecycle, including management of dependenciesLead the IT Product MFT team to manage the IT Product lifecycleResponsible for Continuous Release ManagementEnsure that the known Product vision is translated into a prioritized backlogYour profile:We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:5 years of IT Project leader experience in customer services3 years significant Scrum Master experience (PSM certificate would be highly appreciated)Safe methodology experience is a plusDemonstrable experience in cloud-based solutions implementation (Liferay knowledge is a plus)Good knowledge of web and mobile apps technologiesExperience in managing partners and external service providersStrong focus on People, quality, planning, and customer satisfactionAppetite for teamwork, transparency, and facilitationRigorous, autonomous, good team spirit, and customer-orientedAdvanced level in EnglishThis position requires a security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.Take your career to a new level and apply online now!Airbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
