Job summary Responsible for the Paris School facilities and general services activities guaranteeing efficiency in all areas and structures of the school, the respect of all norms regarding Health & Safety and security and general services support in the operative processes. Key purpose of the role Facilities – Source and contract external suppliers; supervise planning and coordinating relative activities for facility services, plants and machinery, cleaning, security. Ensure that spaces (classrooms, laboratories, offices, common areas) are maintained at a high standard and aligned with the brand guidelines, setting-up of events spaces. Organising and coordinating the building maintenance and extraordinary works. Health, safety and security – Supervise the external suppliers co-ordination activities for everything related to Health & Safety (DVR, fire drills, etc.), building matters and fire fighters; supervise digital and physical archives related to building files; manage first aid activities. General services – Manage the relationship with site owner for building inspection and renovations and with the contractors such as cleaning company, security and café. Acting as hospitality delegate for the campus and support the school in organising logistics and ad hoc services (e.g. catering for the school’s events). Orders and purchases – Supervise orders for stationary, teaching supplies, machinery for laboratories in liaison with the Reception, building improvement supplies. Budget supervision – Create and monitor the budget and ensure expenses are in budget and accurately reported to the Finance department.
