Redstone Commodity Search are working with a major metals producer, looking to hire a HR Lead to join the team in Norway. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Responsible for leading the HR team, managing their development and redefine HR strategy for the site. Collaborate with senior management to enhance efficiency and promote leadership growth. Turning the business strategy into an HR strategy with the Operations Manager and other site leaders. Supervise the site's compensation planning procedures, providing guidance to managers and conducting an analysis of the plant's recommendations. Role Reports to Plant Manager. Key Qualifications / Experience 5+ years’ experience in a HR or operations role, ideally within the metal space. Strong leadership skills required. Experienced with the Norwegian Union law and regulations. Fluency required in Norwegian. Located or willing to relocate to Norway. #J-18808-Ljbffr
