Your responsibilities Develop, iterate, and maintain concepts, wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes for our client projects between digital platforms, services, and interfacesCollaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, product managers, designers, UX colleagues, and clientsContinuously improve the digital user experience of brands by challenging the status quo based on a clear user-centered perspectiveLead UX design projects across the entire product lifecycleIntegrate user feedback and business requirementsBe autonomous and take full ownership of your workPartner with your team in prioritization planning in a fast-paced environmentDevelop and run user tests of all kindsApply UX techniques, including atomic design, lean UX, and design sprint methods, and continue to develop them furtherMentor our junior colleagues and help them to improve their UX skillsWork in close cooperation with and report to our Creative Director UX What we are looking for You already have 2 years of experience as a Senior UX Designer and are ready for the next steps and new challengesYou worked cross-device and cross-channel and can provide a strong portfolioExpert proficiency with Sketch, Figma, and other design tools like Invision, Zeplin, Principle, etc.You are experienced in collaborating closely with a variety of UX disciplines (concept, research, benchmarks, prototyping, visuals, user tests, workshops, design thinking, and design sprints)You are experienced in working closely with user interface designers, developers, and project managersYou're able to set up frameworks and brainstorm initial UX concepts to make business strategies come to lifeYou love to present and defend your work in front of your team and the clientYou speakand write English and German at a very good business level (C1-C2) Our offers to you Our team values the diversity of our employees and our team spirit.
