You will be the first point of contact for their users.Your responsibility will include:Provide Excellent Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service to German or Swedish speaking users, assisting with managing the account, billing & subscription, and other technical support.Handle Inbound Communications: Manage incoming calls and chats, ensuring accurate recording of customer information and understanding their needs.Offer Product Knowledge and Guidance: Providing accurate information and recommendations to users based on comprehensive knowledge of the platform.Proactively identify and resolve complaints and concerns, utilising problem-solving skills and empathy to ensure users’ satisfaction and retention.What you will get:You will work for an innovative and creative corporate.
