Group Finance - Project Manager (M/F)

In order to manage the financial procedures of Neoen, we are looking for a permanent Groupe Finance - Project Manager to be based in Paris.You will report to the Senior Group Finance - Project Manager based in Paris and your main tasks will be to ensure that our financial processes are up-to-date and aim to improve them constantly, monitor our external accounting shared-services center and participate in projects of new finance related tools.Our finance team is growing and we offer you a chance to join us. You will work in an international company with highly skilled colleagues.You will be responsible for:SUPERVISION OF THE EXTERNAL SHARED SERVICES CENTERLead the relationship with our external accountantsEnsure the respect of month-end deadlinesEnsure proper execution of the scope of servicesFollow-up the billing process of professional feesEnsure that processes are standardised across the countriesIdentify areas of improvementINTERNAL PROCESSESReview internal financial processes and ensure that they are appliedPropose new processes or improvements to any existing onesLead the induction of new financial controllers to company standardsMaintain constant contact with our network of financial controllers in order to understand their needs, answer all their questions regarding financial processes and be able to share best practicesFINANCIAL TOOLSAdminister and oversee three finance-related toolsParticipate in the implementation of new financial tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
