You will work closely with the various internal teams (support function, business) to ensure the protection of assets, compliance with legal and regulatory standards, as well as the preservation of the company's reputation.RESPONSIBILITIES1. Design and planning:Designing, improving and deploying best practice in the fight against fraud (corruption, misappropriation of assets, fraud involving financial statements, money laundering, etc.) across all the required systems: risk mapping, assessment of third parties, handling of alerts, newsletters, etc.Taking an active part in improving the anti-fraud system by implementing best practice in line with the latest standards in forceAdapting anti-fraud policy requirements, including corruption issues, to the requirements and specificities of the business.2. Internal investigations:Carrying out internal investigations, both as part of a team and independently, into suspected cases of fraud or non-compliance with Group ethical standardsAnalysis of documentation including financial data, open source information and any type of element enabling the search for proof and the factual demonstration of irregularities.Carrying out due diligence and background checks on third parties in relation to identified fraud.Working closely with the legal, compliance, human resources and operational departments.Ensuring transparent communication with management on the results of investigations.3. Reports and recommendations:Prepare investigation reports, including recommendations addressed to the business lines in order to contribute to the improvement of processes.Share the reports and present them, if necessary, to internal/external boards with a view to initiating actions resulting from the survey conducted.4. Training and awareness-raising:Providing training for Group employees to help disseminate best practice in the fight against fraudDrafting and presenting processes and procedures in order to support the ongoing development of the business.Provide innovative solutions in the field of open source research in order to contribute to the development of the systemExperience in deploying monitoring tools based on the mass processing of data (big data, data science, AI) in order to identify suspicious transactions.PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONSHigher education in law, finance or a related field.You will have at least 5 years' professional experience in internal audit, investigation, fraud prevention, banking compliance or with a specialist public authority (Ministry of the Interior, Ministry of Defence).In-depth knowledge of fraud and compliance laws and regulations, particularly anti-corruption.Excellent analytical, communication and writing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage several investigations in parallel.Proficiency in the Office suiteFluency in spoken and written English, enabling you to work in an international environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
