What you’ll achieve As the APPLICATION SPECIALIST, you will: Define and follow up on service ability requirements to the R&D teams Train and support the local service organization Take the lead in pilot projects in cooperation with product management Guide/assist in the first deployments of a new country/region Assist/support on unblocking escalation sites, problem sites Maintain and review documentation, manuals and training material Bring expertise in ORBIS module(s) and Health Product Management in a hospital Take the next step towards your dream career At Dedalus, life flows through our software. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed: Essential Requirements A degree in computer science or medical informatics, alternatively a completed IT-technical training and/or pharmaceutical-technical, medical or nursing training. If possible, professional experience in one of the areas of ward communication, OR, anesthesia, intensive care, nursing workstation, inpatient and/or outpatient patient administration - but also welcome HealthCare IT consultants. Languages: Fluent in English Desirable Requirements You have experience in handling legal regulations common practical and theoretical problems and best practices in a hospital or healthcare related environment Teamwork - the ability to work within the Service team, Support team and Product management You have a team player attitude, capable of coaching and mentoring consultants in the local organizations You have the capability of abstracting generic requirements from specific requirements to discuss these with solution and product management Business process modelling knowledge is beneficial You are an excellent communicator cultivating an open, inspiring and supportive style of leadership, capable of presenting technical topics to colleagues and customers and engaging in discussions in a positive and solution-oriented way High motivation and strong sense of responsibility, independence as well as excellent collaboration skills, and a pragmatic "can-do" attitude that strives for excellence in delivery You have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, including public-speaking skills You have strong organizational skills & can meet deadlines Self-management skills and self-starter attitude is highly valued Willingness to travel in the regions where ORBIS is deployed (approx. 10% of your time) We are Dedalus, come join us Dedalus is committed to providing an engaging, rewarding work experience that reflects the passion our employees bring to our mission of helping clinicians and nurses deliver better care to their served communities.
