How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Developing H2 energy markets requires AL to invest in various segments of the value chain, from H2 production, conditioning, distribution, public retail or integrated mobility offers. H2 energy projects are capital intensive, often operationally complex and thus co-investments with leading industry partners or financial investors are needed to strengthen the access to end markets for AL Clusters, supporting their growth in mobility markets and de-risking their H2 supply chain investments. In this context, The Hydrogen Company (H2C), created in 2014 with the objective to shape, develop and grow the H2 energy transition markets, is a vehicle that allows AL to perform those minority investments in the H2E field. Reporting to the CFO of The Hydrogen company (H2C), your missions are: Responsible for the monitoring and analysis of the Joint Venture dashboards that have been created to provide business variance analysis and monthly flash reports. Support for the monthly and quarterly reporting in collaboration with accounting in the Group Consolidation platform IRIS for the H2C entity; Analyze data and make projections in close collaboration with the CFO for the monthly and forecast follow-up, including the forecast and target process; Update the target and reforecast file for H2C and its JVs Ad-hoc finance task requests, most likely outside of the closing calendar. Are you a MATCH? Actively collaborate with the Accounting and Treasury Departments which produce the statutory reporting; Support CFO in the Operations/Management reports for H2C in its reporting and budget scope. Ensure the production of reliable data and to prepare a summary for the CFO validation and checklist before publishing data in IRIS; Analyze and present data in a way that facilitates decision-making; Aim for process improvement; Ensure data confidentiality. Candidate Profile: Background in Operations Control and Management Accounting At ease with dashboards, Excel and Google Sheets tools and with figures in general, you have a good capacity for analysis and synthesis allowing you to identify trends and guide decisions. Autonomous, curious, proactive and accurate. Fluent in English and ability to work in French is a plus.
