He/she will lead a team of technical business development and solution architects to build and cultivate key relationships with global EU based consumer brands and whole home providers. The leader in this role will have an ambitious vision for scaling Alexa Smart Home adoption by driving adoption of new Alexa SH features and capabilities to ultimately delight customers. This individual will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, prioritizing across competing goals, engaging with C-Suite leaders of enterprise companies and influencing Alexa Smart Home roadmap with insights from these customers and partners. Key job responsibilitiesServe as key member of Alexa Enterprise EU leadership teamDevelop and execute a multi-year EU wide plan to prioritize key domains, new partner channels, and target accounts to grow smart home adoptionCultivate relationships with partners to drive adoption of new features to delight customers in EUImprove customer experience and adoption by driving best in class partner integrationsHire and develop a high performing tech business development and solution architecture teamDrive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue in managed accountsEstablish mechanisms to inform product roadmap with EU customer and partner requirements essential to broad adoption MBA or equivalent relative business experienceProduct Management skills and experience building mechanisms to prioritize roadmapsExperience working across business units and managing through influenceDemonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgement and quantitative analyticsExcellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues, including the ability to write executive communications, status reports for senior executives to inform decision makingDemonstrated ability to deliver results through influence of both internal and external stakeholdersSelf-starter who can operate independently in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment, but interested in building structure and repeatable processesExcellent interpersonal skills with a passion for big challenges Consent Leg.Interest Select All Vendors Select All Vendors All Consent AllowedREPLACE-WITH-DYANMIC-HOST-ID Name #J-18808-Ljbffr
