Mission

The aim of this role is to ensure that projects are completed on time, stay within budget and meet organisational and customer requirements. The person in this role be the interface between internal (Antolin) and external (customer, suppliers and services providers) project stakeholders. The person can also be involved in RFQ phases, until project EOL.

Responsibilities

· Define and clarify project scope and project objectives in terms of timing, quality, and cost & service.

· Develop & follow policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives

  • · Negotiate with the client any modification or disagreements about the project scope.

· Define the organisational structure of the project team, including external companies.

· Appoint and coordinate the project team, involving all the needed Departments.

· Be responsible for the project in Antolin organisation, ensuring the fulfilment of the objectives of quality, cost, time, service, contract, profitability and legal.

What we are looking for

· At least 5 years of experience with automotive project management, being OEM window contact.

· Strong Automotive systems engineering knowledge

  • · Resourceful and self-motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.

· Able to work on complex projects, involving complex & multicultural organisations.

· Excellent communication, organisation, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • · Strong MS skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word, etc.).

· 5-25% travelling would be required in this role.
