Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Business Analyst who is fluent in both English and French and has a good knowledge of the French market to join us in our Insight to Impact (I2I) team, based at our offices in Paris, France.About the roleYou will be working as a dedicated business analyst in close collaboration with the Franchise Leadership Teams of Immunology, Epilepsy, and Rare Diseases. You will develop expertise in Rheumatology, Dermatology, Osteoporosis, Epilepsy, and Myasthenia Gravis to generate actionable insights that improve patient outcomes. You will support launch readiness strategies and project follow-up for multiple indications, working with your local team and the European Analytics community. Additionally, you will work closely with central Go-to-Market teams, including Analytics, Reporting, and Sales operations to foster innovative business thinking and end-to-end solutions based on strong insights.Who you will work withYou will work in a cross-functional environment and will partner with the I2I Area Lead, Franchise Heads, Ecosystem Leads, and Solution Leads with their respective team members to ensure strategic imperatives are implemented in the different patient ecosystems.What you will doYou will participate in Go-to-Market strategy optimization, including targeting, segmentation, and field-force efficiency, contributing to initiatives that enhance market reach.You will work on implementing Digital Business Transformation analytics, generating actionable insights tailored to specific ecosystems and supporting strategic objectives.You will contribute to the development of cross-functional KPIs and performance indicators, tracking progress on strategic goals, and supporting sales forecasting and growth analysis.You will support performance management and business reviews with analytics, driving the adoption of central analytics solutions, and ensuring data strategy alignment with business needs.You will collaborate with leadership teams across franchises to manage current and future analytical and reporting needs, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions.You will foster cross-functional collaboration with various teams, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end solutions and driving the local implementation of data strategies aligned with European directives.You will understand opportunities in Devices, Internal Platforms, and Digital trends, particularly in immunology and neurology, translating these into data and analytics opportunities for your country.Interested? For this position we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:MSc in Biotechnology, Economics, Financials, or Medical related university degree.Between 3 and 5 years of experience in consultancy, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sector.Good understanding of the French pharmaceutical Go-to-Market data landscape.Working experience in G2M business analytics.Team player with the ability to work independently; strong communication skills to build and deliver storylines in French and in English.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in French and English is required.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
