We are a diverse team of entrepreneurs building for entrepreneurs.## TL;DR We are looking for an expert in the User Research field, to help us go to the next level! As our new User Researcher, you will play a pivotal part in shaping PhotoRoom's product development through comprehensive user insights. Your responsibilities will include conducting user interviews, synthesising feedback, and making strategic recommendations to positively influence the product roadmap. 45-55K* + Stock-Options/BSPCE We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe, come once a month to Paris (fully reimbursed), or come to the office more often.? We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).**We can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than in Paris.* About the roleYou will develop and implement a robust user research framework, conducting 10-15 user interviews per week using qualitative and quantitative methods.You will manage logistics for remote and on-site user research sessions in Paris, ensuring a smooth experience for participants and internal teams.You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure their participation in user research sessions, fostering collaboration for product development.You will analyse user feedback to identify patterns, insights, and user needs that inform product design and development decisions.You will present research findings and actionable insights to stakeholders, recommending adjustments to the product roadmap based on user feedback.You will stay updated with user research trends and methodologies, continuously improving practices to better serve users. About you You have a demonstrable experience in user research for mobile-first tech companies, with a proven ability to translate insights into product recommendations.You have strong communication skills, and you are capable of effectively engaging with users and internal teams.You are proficient in research tools and methodologies, adaptable to meet project needs.
