For more than 15 years, customer have trusted us for our innovative problem solving combined with holistic design, engineering, manufacturing, logistic and global support services.Job Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud DeveloperLocation: PEI CanadaScope of the Service The scope of the services may include, but are not limited to: Oracle Sales and Service PAAS Working jointly with Government’s eCRM Program team to ensure Oracle Fusion Cloud (OFC) capability/modules/entities are leveraged as the backend with configuration vs customization delivering quality solutions meeting client requirements; Ensuring Government’s Agile Iterative delivery methodology is followed in the completion of the work; Providing support and knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, as aligned to Government’s composable solutions; Leveraging prebuilt components and continuing to add to them; Providing Oracle Fusion Cloud knowledge and development expertise as part of a technical team delivering on a composable eCRM comprised of Angular, Mulesoft and Oracle Fusion Cloud; Utilizing an understanding of key concepts/modules, such as Sales Force Automation (Leads, Opportunities, Conversion), Account Management, Contact Management, Marketing; Event Management, Campaign Management, Service Request, Work Order, Case Management, and others to provide in depth knowledge for use and best fit modules of OSS to address the requirements, with minimal customization and maximum reusability; Providing leadership and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades and patches; Providing expertise in Job Roles and Duty for Data security and access privilege; Experience in Application Extension/configuration e.g. create/modify Fields, Triggers, Object Workflows, Global Function etc.; Providing coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members for Oracle Fusion Cloud; Establishing Oracle Fusion Cloud Environments (Dev, QA/Test, Production) following best practices; Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MS Outlook is an advantage for sending email and alerts; Ensuring Oracle Fusion Cloud is implemented/designed with reusable APIs and are leveraged following best practices to integrate with other GPEI applications/solutions; Perfrom data migration from other products to Oracle Fusion Cloud; and Performs other duties as assigned by Government. Qualifications The resource(s) must meet or exceed the experience criteria set out in this SOW and its attachments. The resource(s) provided must possess: A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Developer/Configuration Specialist with Oracle Fusion Cloud/Oracle sales and service in a complex environment. This experience must include: Experience in implementing Sales Force Automation modules; Experience in knowledge transfer; Experience in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, working in a team environment, and delivering on client requirements; Expertise in Job Roles and Duty for Data security and access privilege; and Experience in Application Extension/configuration e.g. create/modify Fields, Triggers, Object Workflows, Global Function etc. A minimum of three (3) years demonstrated experience with Oracle environments: Experience in setting up Oracle Fusion Cloud Environments (Dev, QA/Test, Production) following best practices; Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud integration with MS Outlook is an advantage; Experience in specifications with the API of Oracle’s Fusion Cloud; Experience in ensuring Oracle Fusion Cloud reusable APIs and are leveraged following best practices and to integrate with other GPEI applications/solutions; Experience in data migration from other products to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The following skills and abiliities: A strong customer service orientation; Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts;  Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, establish priorities, and meet tight deadlines; and Experience working in a team environment. Government considers the following experience as an asset: Certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud; Knowledge/experience with Oracle Eloqua; Knowledge of Angular, Mulesoft, and MSO365 integration; Experience working with government organizaions; Integration to EventBrite; Replacement of MailChimp with Eloqua; Experience working in an Agile environment; and Experience with MS Azure DevOps. #J-18808-Ljbffr
