Position Title: Agriculture Workstream Leader CE Position Type: Regular - Full-Time Position Location: VilleneuvedAscq 2020 Requisition ID: 31370 The position of Agriculture Workstream Leader CE is reporting to the VP Agriculture CE and is accountable for leading our Agriculture Transformation, monitoring the execution of necessary changes aiming at increasing Agriculture competitiveness. ABOUT THE ROLE: The purpose of the role is to materialize the competitive advantage of Mc Cain in the field of potato sourcing & supply. You will develop and implement the Agriculture strategy regarding SCA and cost optimization to meet our financial commitments. You will contribute to the development of a short, medium term and long-term pipeline of initiatives, across CE, which will enable McCain to remain sustainably competitive in the procurement of potatoes. The Workstream Leader is responsible for managing the Workstream’s pipeline of Initiatives; liaising with the Transformation Office on behalf of the Workstream; and engaging with key stakeholders. He supports the Agriculture VP in attaining the financial and operational results of the Agriculture department on overall results (both operational and transformational). The WSL is also responsible for the implementation of the Change plan in terms of Capability building, Communication and Organizational Health improvement. ACTIVITIES: Responsible for managing the pipeline of Initiatives (SCA) Challenges the status quo by finding new opportunities and builds the business case for them in alignment with the Initiative Owner and Finance. Pushes Initiatives relentlessly forward by supporting, coaching and challenging Initiative Owners and other stakeholders. Drives the Transformation process day to day. Is the focal point for Initiative Owners within the Workstream. Holds self and others accountable for committed actions during and outside TO meetings. Liaises with the Transformation Office on behalf of the Workstream Prepares materials for weekly TO meetings. Acts as the communications point between Initiative Owners, the TO & global PMO team. Collates the team’s content requiring Executive Committee decisions/updates to achieve required decisions and next steps. Engages with key stakeholders Coaches Initiative Owners. Resolves issues & roadblocks or escalates them to the Workstream Sponsor or TO for resolution. Engages with Finance to monitor initiative performance and propose new business cases. Engages with global Ag PMO team to find new opportunities. Leads strategic initiatives Builds new business cases along with Initiative Owners, to feed the Transformation Pipeline. Is required to lead additional strategic initiatives, emerging on the agenda. Support implementation of Change plan Coaches the different Change Champions in the implementation improvement actions. Participates in all Capability building programs and together with Ag VP build the capability building actions required for the transformation. KEY INTERACTIONS Attends weekly Workstream TO meetings with Initiative Owners and Workstream Sponsor. Regular working sessions with Initiative Owners, Finance Lead and Workstream Sponsor as needed. Regular (multiple times weekly) “stand up” meetings with Initiative Owners to drive progress and surface issues. Regular updates on progress to the Workstream Sponsor. Regular Best practice sharing with Global PMO team. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR… We are looking for someone who is a fully passionate person for agriculture and change management.
