And, of course, to be themselves.We are looking for International Project Manager – Professional Services, Digital Card & Payment.Position Overview:The international project manager is a customer-facing role responsible for supporting the successful delivery of customer projects until acceptance and customer commercial launch.In a fast-paced environment, you will work with passionate people and kindness, in a fully autonomous way. This position is a real opportunity for your career.Responsibilities:Project ManagementProject coordination with internal and external stakeholders (especially VISA and MasterCard)Management of customer expectations and project scopeManagement of product evolution request (Change Request)Management of project planning and cost (time to deliver and cost to deliver)Partner with Sales and Subject matter Experts to analyze new customer business needs during project, lead functional presentation and discussionsPartner with Sales, Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert to identify Product or Service gaps and feedback field information to create future competitive advantage and better value propositionPartner with internal stakeholders and Schemes (MasterCard and Visa) to bring problem resolutionChange ManagementSupport the improvement of document templates and processes used by the overall team.Support the improvement of internal tools used to follow and deliver projects.Basic Qualifications:Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience5 years’ experience in functional and technical project managementCustomer facing and ability to communicate effectivelyAppetite in technology and innovationFluent communication skills in French & English.Preferred Qualifications:Understanding of mobile, tokenisation and payment technologyAbout EntrustEntrust keeps the world moving safely by enabling trusted identities, payments and data protection around the globe.
