Job Reference: J3410Job Title: J3410 - Head of Technology & Healthcare Vendor Finance, Benelux - Amersfoort, The Netherlands (Remote) - Asset FinanceLocation: EuropeSalary: €80,000 - €100,000 plus excellent bonus and benefitsNew Leaf Search has partnered with a leading European financial services group in its search for a Head of Technology & Healthcare Vendor Finance, Benelux.Key Responsibilities:You will have primary responsibility for the commercial management of a number of existing international and local funding programmes within the tech and healthcare market segments.As well as management of existing relationships, you will also acquire new partners and clients within the specified market segments.During the on-boarding process, one of your tasks is to provide presentations to these new partners as well as training to their sales teams to ensure that the offered funding solutions support their sales drive.You will play a key role in finalising the larger and more complex financing requests from partners.You will manage, motivate, and drive the sales team with a strategic helicopter approach.You have >5 years of experience in the vendor (equipment) lease market and will be familiar with (some of) the local market conditions as well as knowledge of lease calculations.You are capable of having an overview of complex finances and credit appraisal processes.A strong communicator, verbally and in writing, with a good command of English and Dutch.Minimum Requirements:We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services, particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
