Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Paris office - You will play a key role in the Finance department, working closely with the CFO and the Senior Leadership team!This is a permanent position - based in Paris - 2 days/week at the officeYour role:• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide valuable insights to help Senior Management in decision-making.• Budget Management: Collaborate with Department Heads across the organization to establish and manage budgets, providing timely financial forecasts based on industry trends and company objectives.• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability assessments. Offer insights to support strategic decision-making and optimize the financial performance of our series B stage Group.• Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting across the organization.• Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in our rapidly growing operations.• Audit Support: Support external audits, liaising with auditors and addressing audit findings promptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with international standards.• Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to offer financial insights and guidance on business strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.Working environment : Profitable Series B stage Group International environment with clients across Europe & North America - multicultural teams Financial scope: 3 group companies (1 France based, 1 in the US and 1 in UK) Company with highly automated & paperless processes You will work under the supervision of the CFO based in Paris Profile: 4+ years experience in progressively responsible financial roles (FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller or External Auditor). Previous experience in a Big Four Company as External Auditor is highly desirable. Previous involvement in audits and interactions with external auditors is a plus. Master of Science in Finance, or Engineering Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control frameworks. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating financial data into actionable insights. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems would be a strong advantage. Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Adaptability and a commitment to staying up to date with changes. Demonstrated success working in a virtual/hybrid environment and being able to be onsite as needed.
