SILAB, recognized for its ability to innovate and participate in scientific advances in active cosmetics, offers to finance your post-doctorate at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) in the United States.During this mission, you will conduct research aimed at studying the functional interactions between the skin microbiota and the skin barrier function.You have a PhD in microbiology, immunology, skin biology or molecular biology, and you are fluent in English.This mission will be carried out as part of a 12-month international volunteering program (renewable for 1 year), under public status (supervised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Mission for Science and Technology of the French Embassy in Washington).You will need to meet the eligibility conditions for the system:Must be a doctor;Be of French nationality or a national of a member state of the European Economic Area or Monegasque;Be registered with the International Volunteering Information Center (CIVI) before the age of 28;Be under 29 years old at the start of the mission.Visit the Business France website for more details on international volunteering.Compensation elements: The amount of your compensation, which will be paid by the company, will be calculated according to the salary scale for civilian volunteers in force at the time of your departure. This compensation is exempt from income tax.SILAB will manage the administrative formalities for your stay in the United States (visa, etc.) and will take care of your round-trip flight from France to San Diego.
