Be Part of something Bigger We are searching for a passionate and skilled software engineer, who wants to work in, and gain experience with, Quality Assurance (QA). At Leanspace we are automating all our API and UI tests, using a modern technology stack. The focus of this role is therefore firmly on software engineering and automation, to implement QA. You will be responsible for the QA within a cross-functional squad, working alongside full stack engineers, DevOps, and a product owner, to evolve one aspect of our product. The squad will both implement rapid prototyping of new services for clients, as well as maintain existing services. Your job is to be the QA responsible within the team. You will support the team in reaching our ambitious target for test automation, and develop automated tests. You will help the rest of the team improve the overall quality, being an active part of all aspects of the development.  You will also be part of the QA chapter, exchanging lessons learned and developing ideas for cross-squad QA improvements with fellow QA people working in other squads. this ensures you have a solid framework to learn QA methods and concepts. You will actively contribute to our startup mindset, where we value candid feedback, continuous learning, and efficient habits, and help your colleagues become their very best selves. What We Are Looking For Your experience matters: No previous QA experience is needed (but if you have, it doesn’t hurt either); we are looking for a Software Engineer who wants to work with QA Strong Typescript coding skills, in addition to Javascript knowledge Good understanding of modern Java development stacks A basic understanding of automated REST API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger A basic understanding of UI automation using Playwright Experience in working effectively within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables Cloud (AWS) experience Good written and spoken English Bonus points for: Experience working with automated testing of APIs Experience with performance testing methodologies and tools (k6) Exposure to or interest in the space sector and understanding of the challenges in space missions Worked with cloud-based microservices architectures and contributed to testing efforts Utilize code and bug management tools, including Git and Jira Why You Will Love Working With Us Be part of a fast-growing startup and accelerate your career Influence space exploration directly through your work on satellites, rockets, and lunar missions Assistance with relocation and help with the visa process if needed Enjoy a family-friendly environment, flexibility in working hours, and the possibility to work remotely two days a week Private health insurrance (Alan) Meal vouchs (Swile) Subsidies for commuting costs Close-knit culture with many social activities and team events #J-18808-Ljbffr
