Learn more CDI 5-10 ans Hybride A forerunner of French Tech, EuraTechnologies, also called the Heart of French Tech, was founded in 2009 and has an exceptional track record: 7,000 jobs created, 500 million euros raised by startups and more than 200 startups incubated and accelerated every year.In 2022, EuraTechnologies raised €24 million to embark on a new chapter in the development of its Incubator-Accelerator and the Cyber Campus Hauts-de-France Lille Métropole.Its mission is to create a positive, sustainable impact for the Hauts-de-France region through tech, by helping startups thrive and by infusing innovation throughout regional businesses and institutions.EURATECHNOLOGIES IS RECRUITINGA CHIEF MARKETING OFFICERReporting to Euratechnologies' CEO, you will manage a team of 5 people and be part of the company's CODIR.Your main mission is to lead Euratechnologies' marketing, communication and environmental strategy;More specifically, your role is to design and deploy a high-impact marketing strategy that will double awareness of the EuraTechnologies brand over the next 3 years, while generating new business opportunities for the company. With this same objective, you will deploy the contractual actions planned with our financial backers (monitoring, events, international trade shows, etc.).You will lead EuraTechnologies and the Campus Cyber Hauts de France Lille Métropole towards our Net Zero objective. You will lead a committed team towards collective performance.To achieve this objective, your responsibilities will be divided as follows:Ø Strategy and reporting- Design the marketing plan in conjunction with other departments.- Manage performance and report regularly to the team, the CODIR and shareholders.Ø Monitoring and benchmarking- Benchmark the incubator market to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.- Production of monitoring reports and trend newsletters.- Develop the CSR strategy for EuraTechnologies and the Cyber Campus, and oversee its implementation and execution with stakeholders: real estate, works, uses, mobility, etc;- Represent the Voice of the Planet at meetings of the Codir and other decision-making bodies- Communicate with employees, raise awareness, train and support them in CSR issues.- Work with other resident companies at the EuraTechnologies park level- Ensure CSR reporting- Design and execute our marketing campaigns aimed at sourcing startups and generating leads for our service offerings in France and abroad.- Coordinate the global agenda of in-house events with program management, create editorial content for in-house events, recruit visitors for our events.- Organize the presence of the Hauts de France Region and EuraTechnologies at international trade shows.- Be the guardian of the company's communication universe and storytelling, and its transcription into the various communication tools (corporate presentation, website, signage, etc.).- Management of PR and SR to achieve objectives.- Recommend and manage strategic partnerships (France Digital, Choiseul...)- Manage information and engagement tools for the entrepreneurial community.- Maintain strong links with our public and private funders.Profile :Coming from schools specializing in communications and marketing / digital strategy, you ideally hold a Master’s degree (professional master's, specialized master's...).You have experience in B2B, in an investment fund or in a tech/startup environment and have real expertise in marketing and communication.A strong interest in tech and innovation is a must for this position, as you'll need to be able to understand, promote and make accessible the products developed by startups.Fluency in English is essential.Your professional and/or academic career has led you to work on CSR issues.With at least 10 years' successful experience in a similar position, you will have honed the qualities that are essential to the job, such as:· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.· Ability to challenge yourself, to constantly adapt communication tools to current trends.· Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.· Rigor and planning· Reactivity, flexibility, proactivity and curiosityWe offer you :· A simple and efficient recruitment process! · A job you can be proud of: our mission is to support, create and enhance.
