Ready to #setthetone with Believe?Job DescriptionSr Project Manager – Post Merger Integration OperationsAbout the PMI Operations teamBelieve's Operations department handles key activities like Contract and Account Management, Content Distribution, Rights Management, and Royalty Reporting for artists and labels.The Post Merger Integration Operations team (PMI Operations) is responsible for integrating affiliate labels and M&A projects into our central Operations processes and tools. We focus on coordinating music label integration, contract migration for distribution and artist services, and operational setup for new acquisitions. To complete our team, we are seeking a driven and positive-minded project manager!What to expect about the job?Build the Operations integration framework:PMI Operations is a recent team within Believe. Our new joiner will actively participate in shaping our integration methodology to build the most scalable and lean integration model:- Develop the integration strategy and enhance integration guiding principles and playbooks;- Create an integration roadmap (incl. project charters, master plans, identifying risks and interdependencies, etc.);- Functional conception documents (e.g.: process mapping, standard operating models);- Spread PMI Operations vision to the local teams at our affiliate labels;- Maximize value delivered from M&A activities by implementing our framework for successful integration, and providing early strategic and best practices insights to M&A and central Operations teams.Manage Operations integration projects:You will take ownership for integration project for our affiliate labels, and M&A activities and be responsible to deliver them as per the Global PMI roadmap:- Scope and frame your integration projects: define and understand objectives with the local and central stakeholders, map and gap the current Operations processes and tools with the target Operations core model, define project timelines with regards to the Global PMI roadmap and Group commercial priorities;- Coordinate the actions of the local stakeholders at our affiliate to secure correct and timely execution of the projects;- Provide reporting deliverables and decision-making materials for Senior Management and C-levels (business cases, arbitration supports, alert on risks etc);- Communicate to all stakeholders across all levels in the organization, prepare and animate project and steering committees;- Ensure Go-to-market and Change management (communication, training, …) in coordination with Operations and go-to-market teams to secure adherence of our Sales teams and adequate communication to the artists and labels.Facilitate cross-functional work with our affiliates and within the Group:The PMI Operations team works alongside with the other PMI teams within Believe (Finance, HR, IT, Legal). As such the Operation project manager will:- Provide inputs for the Global PMI roadmap with regards to the priorities given by the Global PMI Office, and insights from Central Operations and Product roadmaps;- Create cross-functional collaborations to drive success with local teams and the Central Operations to ensure overall consistency and efficiency of our PMI activities.- Participate in transversal project supporting innovation at Believe (e.g., POC, new process design, taskforces etc.)What do we expect from our new team member?Team Player: Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, capable of fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Product and Tech Enthusiast: Demonstrate interests for products and technology, as our Operations processes are strongly linked to product matters.Results-Oriented: Be proactive, hands-on, on achieving tangible results that drive the success of our integration efforts.Analytical Thinker: Utilize your analytical skills and process-oriented mindset to navigate challenges and make informed decisions.Global Perspective: Thrive in an international and multicultural environment, interacting confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders.EducationMaster degree from Business school, Engineering school, University.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years of experience such as:- Experience in PMO and Project Management departments;- Experience in Strategic/Management consulting, or transaction services;- Experience in a start-up or scale-up within Tech or Media industry;- Bilingual in English.
