Vos missions au quotidienAs our colleague, you make all the difference in our success, and so we always want to support you in discovering What’s next.We are looking for: For our central legal team based either in Amsterdam or Paris, we are looking for a new colleague in the role of Senior Company Lawyer Digital, Procurement and Privacy. The Senior Company Lawyer will form part of the Digital, Innovation & Procurement expert competence center with a particular focus on IT (related) procurement and first line privacy support.You will have the following tasks and responsibilities:Advise and support the Ayvens’ procurement team in drafting international requests for proposal and independently (re)negotiate and draft contracts with Ayvens’ global (IT and other) suppliers;Act as the (first line) privacy lead of the Ayvens’ Legal Department with overall responsibility for managing its privacy compliance, acting as a main point of contact for the Global Privacy Office of Ayvens (GPO) and assisting in legal privacy discussions with Ayvens’ suppliers, partners and customers;Provide general legal assistance and advice for Ayvens strategic (integration and harmonization) projects;Work together with the Head of Legal for Digital in assisting stakeholders on relevant legal matters, including advising on the implementation of (EU) legislation on Data, AI, Privacy, Cyber Security and other legislation relevant for the Digital environment of the company and act as a sparring partner for relevant stakeholders;Ensure legal compliance with EBA Guidelines on outsourcing and application of Ayvens’ Outsourcing Policy;Keeping up-to-date with legal developments and proactively notify the business on (new) laws and regulations in this remit. Prepare, continuously update and improve various standardized legal documentation (e.g. contract templates);From time to time provide (online) training to internal stakeholders on relevant legal topics (e.g. on privacy topics).Et si c’était vous?Ce poste est fait pour vous si vous avez :Une expérience de 5 à 10 années dans le domaine de la finance d'entreprise et/ou de la finance de marché acquise au sein d'une entreprise ou d'un cabinet de conseil.Un diplôme de Niveau Bac + 5 avec une spécialisation en Finance.Hard Skills :Une excellente maîtrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint: pour réaliser des documents percutants.Une maîtrise irréprochable de l'anglais et du français à l'oral comme à l’écrit: pour rédiger des argumentaires clairs et concis destinés à un public d'investisseurs.Des aptitudes rédactionnelles et argumentaires aiguisées : pour produire des documents précis, captivants et adaptés à différents publics.Un esprit analytique et de synthèse: pour traiter les données financières, identifier les tendances et dégager des conclusions pertinentes.Soft skills:Vous êtes rigoureux(se) avec un sens aigu du détail : pour garantir la précision et la cohérence des informations communiquées.Vous avez d'excellentes capacités organisationnelles : pour gérer les priorités, respecter les délais et mener de front plusieurs projets simultanément.Vous savez faire preuve de grandes qualités relationnelles : pour collaborer efficacement avec les équipes internes et externes, et pour présenter les résultats financiers de manière claire et convaincante.Plus qu’un poste, un tremplin.
