The Group Internal Control department aims to improve the level of risk management faced by the Group by defining rules and ensuring that controls are effective. It contributes at protecting assets, ensures reporting accuracy, promotes operational efficiency in addition to encourage adherence to policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
Reporting to the Group Internal Control Director , you will join the Group Internal Control department in Laval (France) .

As part of the implementation of an internal control framework the Group Internal Control department is looking for a Group Internal Control Coordinator .
In this role, you will be fully involved in building and deploying the internal control system in collaboration with the Group support functions, and in the international coordination of the internal control works . In this respect, you will be required to:
Building and deployment of the internal control framework
- Participate proactively in the development of the internal control framework in collaboration with the business experts
- Test the efficiency of the system with the pilot countries (Brazil, Turkey, Mexico, India, France)
- Support the roll-out of Group’s rules and 1st level controls within the subsidiaries
- Assist in the implementation of an internal control IT tool
Global coordination of internal control works
- Assist in running the international network of internal controllers
- Assist local controllers in monitoring their actions plans and the recommendations issued by the Group Internal Audit
- Prepare self-assessment campaigns and control sheets in the internal control platform
- Ensure key controls are carried out properly and build associated dashboards
- Administrate the platform (documentation management system, risks management, controls monitoring)
- Improve continuously the internal control system
This is a permanent position
- Trips abroad are to be expected during the year in run period:
- approximately 10% of the time.

Graduated with an MSc in Management, Food sciences, or an MBA , you have at least a 3 years’ experience within the Group (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Controlling, Internal Audit, etc.).
With real interpersonal skills, you enjoy working on project-mode and know how to adapt to cultural and organizational differences. You demonstrate organization , pragmatism , open-mindedness and have good communication skills .
Able to work in English is mandatory and a second foreign language would be appreciated
