Job Description
Location of Job: This is a hybrid position that will require being in the Paris office 2-3 times per week.
Must speak fluent English and French
This role will require you to support all employees with Tier 2/3 support services that include but are not limited to: Network Administration/Troubleshooting (SD-WAN, IPSec, VPN, Firewalls), Active Directory Administration, Azure/AWS Administration, Windows Configuration and Support (Server and Workstation), and SharePoint Administration. Assisting Service Desk support service needs, mentoring support personnel, along with miscellaneous support duties as designated by the Enterprise Systems Manager.
Essential Functions:
Expertise with Firewalls/Network Switches/Access Points (Meraki Preferably)
Familiarity with Active Directory/Entra ID, OneLogin IAM, SharePoint, M365 licensing and administration
Ability to administer/support Windows Server (201x,202x)
Entra ID administration experience
Windows Powershell, Python or other automation scripting tools experience an asset
Experience with endpoint security tools
Ticket creation, fulfilment, escalation and solution follow up to ensure quality of service
Ability to configure, maintain and improve processes for end user satisfaction
Sound knowledge with Windows and Mac Desktops/Laptops
Experience with Intune/Autopilot and Apple Business Manager; Image building and automation
A solid understanding of Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with Slack, Teams, Zoom and Teams Boardroom Teleconferencing equipment
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Desk best practices
Experience working with software systems such as JIRA, Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk Plus, BitWarden, Password Manager Pro, OpenVPN, DNSFilter etc.
A professional demeanor with end users and developers
Adherence to strict SLAs ensuring the best customer service for customers
Ensure documentation is updated as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; or relevant work experience
7+ years of relevant support and administration experience
2+ years in a senior administrative position
Progressive certifications related to role a nice to have: Cisco/Meraki – CNSS, ECMS, CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft Support Certifications (Windows/Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID), CompTIA A+
Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist users who have a varying amount of technical expertise
Strong command of the English language
