The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.AXA is built around diversity and unity, which is why we are committed to promoting collective success through inclusion.Your job and daily missions:Le/La candidat(e) doit avoir :Une première compréhension de l'audit interne, de sa mission et de ses enjeux ;Une compréhension des enjeux et des spécificités de l'assurance ;Un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse aiguisé ainsi qu'une aisance relationnelle, lui permettant d'interagir avec des collaborateurs de tout niveau, jusqu'au top management du groupe ;Un comportement professionnel exemplaire, de l'adaptabilité, de la curiosité ainsi qu'une forte volonté d'apprendre ;Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (score minimum TOEIC 900 ou TOEFL 105) ;Une très bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint).Le/la candidat(e) devrait être en mesure de démontrer son intérêt / appétence pour les services financiers.Technical and professional skills, level of experience:Etudiant(e) en cycle Master en école de commerce, école d'ingénieur ou université avec une spécialisation ou une orientation en finance/audit.Une première expérience en cabinet d'audit et de conseil, au sein des fonctions centrales ou opérationnelles d'un assureur, d'une banque, ou d'un gestionnaire d'actifs serait fortement valorisée.Une première expérience académique ou professionnelle à l'étranger serait également appréciée.Why AXA?
