If you seek to make a difference on a global scale, working with next-gen technologies and the sharpest collaborative teams, then we could be a perfect match.  What you will do As a Data Engineer - Automation and Digital Solutions within the testing department, you will be responsible for managing and visualizing data to enhance the efficiency and productivity of your colleagues across the organization. You will work on digital solutions aimed at automating time-consuming manual tasks. Additionally, you will leverage data from our vehicles to optimize insights and operational workflows. You will collaborate closely with data scientists and act as a bridge between various teams, requiring strong interpersonal and project management or product ownership skills. Key Responsibilities Pre-process, clean, and structure data to facilitate data exploration and advanced analytics (Python, SQL). Collaborate with data scientists to ensure the integration and effective use of data for model development, simulation, and testing purposes. Design and implement automated digital tools that streamline manual processes, improving operational efficiency (e.g. Power Apps) Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that manage and visualize data from various sources, particularly data collected from vehicles, to extract actionable insights and optimize testing processes (e.g. Power Bi) Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data-driven solutions meet the needs of different stakeholders. Act as a product owner for digital automation solutions, ensuring that developed tools align with user needs, deliver value, and are continuously improved based on feedback. Contribute to a data-driven culture by promoting best practices in data management, analytics, and automation throughout the organization. Your future team The Digital Lab at Complete Vehicle is a team of experts dedicated to driving the digital transformation of the vehicle testing department. We provide tailored solutions in automation, data, AI, and simulation, addressing a wide range of strategic needs. Who are you Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, ETL frameworks, and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI). Strong understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and automation tools. Proven experience in data management, data visualization, and automation within a technical or industrial environment (experience in the automotive sector is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with and understand the needs of diverse teams and work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
