In the Global Client Division, which manages the top 50 clients of State Street in asset servicing, you will work for each client assigned to you under the authority of a Client Executive on the following tasks:Business development: identify new business opportunities among existing clients by understanding their needs and proposing suitable products and services.Commercial negotiations: negotiate the terms and conditions of services and products with clients and ensure that agreements are mutually beneficial and comply with regulatory standards.Client portfolio management: oversee and manage a client portfolio, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of their objectives.Contractual relationship management: negotiation and monitoring.Monitoring and reporting: track the outcomes of client relationships and adjust strategies based on results and client feedback.Facilitating the client's relationship with the entire company, including:Acting as the client's voice at State Street to advance their priorities.Offering the client the full range of State Street products and services based on identified opportunities.Market knowledge development: stay informed of market trends and product innovations to offer the best possible solutions to our clients.What we valueThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Ability to develop long-term, trusting relationships with a wide range of decision-makers at the client.Organizational and leadership skills to advance client concerns internally.Ability to work under pressure on multiple topics at once and across multiple accounts.Ability to work effectively with many people both internally and externally.Commercial, risk, and quality orientation.Education & Preferred QualificationsGood understanding of asset servicing and the strategic issues for the client's sector of activity (asset management, alternatives, insurance, etc., as applicable).Interpersonal skills.Negotiation.Analytical skills.Financial understanding.Proactivity and autonomy.Are you the right candidate?
