A stage titled “Finance Controlling for Engineering (M/F)” has just opened at Airbus SAS in Toulouse. You will join a team of 10 people responsible for planning, analyzing, and consolidating the financial data of the 9 Engineering centers of Airbus Commercial (~13,000 people). Ideally, this 6-month internship will start in January 2025 (the timeframe is provided as an indication and may be adjusted). This position requires security clearance or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities. This internship will involve working on the following activities: A strategic initiative (called #TOP) was launched a year ago. The aim of this project is to simplify, digitize, and enhance the financial planning activities of the Airbus Commercial division for stronger performance. The working methods of the controllers (around 90 people) will change, and we need to be ready. That’s why we need you! You will perform an impact analysis and work with the head of the central team to define a change management support plan. You will also participate in its implementation. Airbus has recently launched a performance improvement program called “Lead!” for its Commercial Aviation division. As part of this program, we will need to regularly measure and communicate our results to the CTO and CFO of Airbus Commercial. Your role will be to assist the head of the central team in this task. Your boarding pass: You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Finance or a related field. You possess the following knowledge and skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to maintain your internal network Curious, pragmatic, and motivated! French is a plus.
