Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to join our dynamic team in Europe. In this critical role, you will lead the strategic direction and lifecycle management of our Energy Infrastructure Solutions portfolio. This encompasses a comprehensive suite of products including Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Batteries, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and Microgrid controllers. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from market launch to end-of-life, including strategic pricing initiatives for the Energy Solutions portfolio. Champion successful new product introductions, including launch activities, training programs, and effective communication strategies. Conduct in-depth market assessments, analyze competitor landscape, and identify potential product risks. Ensure comprehensive technical documentation, product certifications, and adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements. Foster strong working relationships with R&D, Sales, and Project Management teams to drive product development, sales enablement, and project success. Qualifications: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Power Engineering or a demonstrably equivalent field. Minimum of 8 years of total experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Product Management within the Power Electronics domain. Proven track record of success in a product management role within a reputable energy or electronics company. Demonstrated experience and comfort working within a matrix organizational structure. Strong team player with a collaborative approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
