We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting into the Head of National Marketing Activations.MissionsIn this role, you will be responsible for crafting & implementing marketing strategies to drive our new client acquisition, including promotions & partnerships strategies.What you'll be doing:Drive a set of strategic initiatives related to our new client acquisition: frame the problems, insights, strategies, success metrics and report on progress.Work hand in hand with the rest of the marketing team and expert central teams in the UK to activate all levers required to deliver the most impactful and efficient acquisition strategy, from strategies to execution (eg promo mechanisms, performance marketing channels, media campaigns).Connecting with the relevant central teams, you will drive the agenda for experimentations, to deepen our understanding of acquisition promos and the role they play, ensuring systematic analysis of effectiveness of different offers.Be in charge of identifying, sourcing, negotiating and managing relevant strategic and tactical business partnerships to drive new client acquisition on Deliveroo and to reinforce our key initiatives propositions with partnership offers.Also:You will run regular analysis to support your recommendations and monitor performance.You will be in charge of managing a promotional budget, allocating and reforecasting the budget as needed.You will perform regular competitive benchmarking on offers/discounts/merchandising, in order to identify key opportunities & recommend changes to Deliveroo’s promotional strategies.Requirements4-6 years work experience, ideally with previous experience in the promotion and/or partnership space.Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.Excellent project management and communication skills, experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working in multi-functional teams.Can-do, problem-solving attitude, with a bias towards action.Ability to think about the picture whilst digging deep into the details.Comfortable with fast-changing organisations.Fluent in French and in English.Why DeliverooOur mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
