Founded by childhood friends Mathieu Pollet (CEO) and Lionel Tressens (CTO), this thriving company now employs around thirty people, with offices located at rue des Archives in the 3rd arrondissement (Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing), Toulouse (Development), and Barcelona (Sales for Spain and Customer Success).In a few words, the LoungeUp SaaS platform simplifies the guest experience for hotels and other tourist accommodations such as vacation clubs, campsites, and apartment managers. It also helps to boost the sales of additional services while facilitating the efficient management of customer data, meeting the imperative of personalization in an era where it is of paramount importance.We are looking to accelerate our growth in Europe, focusing on large accounts (large properties and hotel groups).To achieve this goal, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager based in Paris.Within the sales team, you will leverage your strong entrepreneurial spirit to identify and generate sales opportunities through multiple channels and manage the entire sales cycle in the region:Missions:Proactively prospect and qualify incoming leads to generate new business opportunities.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.Understand prospects’ objectives and develop strategies to offer relevant solutions that help them achieve their goals.Precisely manage your sales pipeline and keep the CRM up-to-date.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and functions to enhance visibility and brand recognition.What we are looking for:You are fluent in English & French.You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company, ideally within Travel Technology.You have a “Hunter” mentality - You are persistent in prospecting and following up with prospects and motivated to close deals.You are performance-oriented - You have experience with sales KPIs and revenue targets.You are autonomous, persevering, and capable of working independently to achieve individual monthly business goals.You demonstrate initiative in improving the B2B sales process.What we offer:Joining LoungeUp isn’t just joining a team, it’s stepping into a vibrant community of young professionals, within a thriving and expanding company.
