This ambitious project aims to streamline our processes, enhance productivity, and position us for continued success in the dynamic agricultural landscape. This program requires Project Managers to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the transition to the S/4 system, leveraging their expertise in SAP implementation and project management to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of new BTP apps or smaller rollouts of our CORE model, from pre-scoping to planning and design to execution and optimization. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and managing risks effectively. Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as necessary, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to project milestones. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Communicate project updates, status reports, and key insights to stakeholders at all levels, facilitating transparency and alignment throughout the organization. Projects that run between 6 and 12 months 15+ project team members International projects with members in France, Bulgaria, and India mostly Hard Skills Strong understanding of back-office processes, experienced with specific expertise in accounting, inventory management, and tax compliance. Soft Skills Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Handle many medium and long-term tasks. The ability to learn fast and adapt to new solutions. Experience Good experience (5+ years) in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects in complex organizational environments. Optional Previous experience in the agriculture industry is highly desirable, with a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and opportunities. Experience with SAP projects. Some experience with BTP architecture and what BTP can offer as solutions. Languages Education Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field Additional The job will be in Sofia, Bulgaria at Louis Dreyfus Company offices. You will report to a manager in Lyon, France. A few international travels might be required in the frame of the mission.  Additional Information Additional Information for the jobDiversity & InclusionLDC is driven by a set of shared values and high ethical standards, with diversity and inclusion being part of our DNA.
