We are proud to be a BCorp.About the roleVestiaire Collective is looking for an Onsite & CRM Intern to join the Merchandising Team in ParisReporting to the Onsite Strategy Manager in the Merchandising Team, the Onsite & CRM Intern is responsible for planning and executing campaigns and promotional initiatives based on local data and trends to drive performance in the EMEA market.What you will doPlan, coordinate and execute all local campaigns and promotional activities onsite and on CRM.Campaign briefs, assets follow-up on our communication tool with the Design team and implementation of campaigns on our CMS (Content Management System).Manage onsite content: plan and execute content of the EMEA home pages daily on our CMS.Analyze onsite blocks and campaigns performance: weekly & monthly reporting.Lead independently structured deep dives, leveraging data analysis and business insights to help your team and collaborators better understand trend/user behavior.Perform market research; benchmarking, and competitor trends tracking to identify areas of improvement and translate them into actions.Who you areMaster degree in Business School or University, with a strong interest in E-commerce.Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.Strong analytical skills and willing to develop them: leverage extensive data, ensure data accuracy, and pay attention to details.Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask.Good English & communication skills are required (speaking, reading & writing).Good Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.Proficiency in SQL is a plus.What we offerA meaningful job with an impact on the way people consume fashion and promote sustainability.The opportunity to do career-defining work in a fast-growing French-born scale up.The possibility to work as part of a globally diverse team with more than 50 nationalities.Two days to help Project - reinforcing your activist journey and volunteer for an association.Significant investment in your learning and growth.Competitive compensation and benefits package.As full member of our entrepreneurial project, you will be eligible to free shares.Surveys show that women and members of underrepresented communities only apply for a job if they meet 100% of the required conditions.
