DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role As Exclusive Networks continues to expand its global footprint in cybersecurity solutions, we are seeking a proactive and skilled International Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. The International Tax Manager will play a critical role in ensuring tax compliance and enhancing tax efficiencies for the group, while also supporting our expansion and mergers & acquisitions activities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Tax Director and contribute significantly to the financial strategy and global success of Exclusive Networks. As the International Tax Manager, you will: Ensure tax compliance and optimize tax efficiency across all operational jurisdictions, supporting the company's rapid growth and acquisitions. Collaborate with various departments such as Legal, Accounting, Commercial, M&A, to advise on tax implications related to business operations, including VAT and withholding tax. Oversee and refine the company’s transfer pricing policies, including management of inter-company flows and contract updates. Conduct tax due diligence and oversee tax aspects of restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. Maintain regulatory compliance, staying updated on tax law changes and effectively communicating these within the company. Manage the tax reporting process, ensuring accuracy in current and deferred tax calculations for all subsidiaries. Handle relationships with tax authorities, including managing claims, overseeing negotiations, and coordinating responses to audits and litigations. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal International Tax Manager: Advanced degree in taxation with 5 to 8 years of experience in tax specialization. Proficient in Excel with a strong aptitude for creating financial simulation models. In-depth knowledge of international tax issues, transfer pricing, and French tax regulations. Capable of using information systems and reporting tools to extract and analyze data. Skilled in developing presentations, training sessions, and conducting thorough transfer pricing analyses. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality. Proficient in both French and English, able to communicate effectively in a global context.
