Job Description

We are looking for a mid-level ECommerce Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Paris zone. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing eCommerce projects, practical expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and a strong IT background. This role will primarily focus on managing maintenance projects and small build projects. Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate end-to-end eCommerce projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project requirements and develop detailed project plans. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, developers, designers, and marketing teams. Identify and resolve potential project issues and risks. Provide regular progress reports to clients and management. Participate in the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies. Leverage IT knowledge to address technical challenges and ensure the seamless integration of eCommerce solutions with existing systems. Work closely with IT teams to ensure the technical feasibility of project requirements and solutions. Manage maintenance projects and small build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements

  • Degree in project management, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in managing eCommerce projects
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is essential
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Core is a plus
  • Strong IT background with experience in system integration, software development, or IT infrastructure
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and resource management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
