We develop and operate transverse business solutions at an international scale. Working for different companies of the AXA group, AXA Group Operations has a worldwide action field with offices in several countries. You will join a team of IT professionals involved in the delivery and maintenance activities performed by the shared services team of and for the AXA Group. Application maintenance and support Production support and IT Service delivery Support development & maintenance of AXA Applications These teams oversee the Product life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and solution maintenance. Installation, upgrades, maintenance of the platforms Backup monitoring and reporting in direct relation with Manage Services Implementation of Standard Work Requests (based on AXA-Services standards, using ServiceNow) Ability to support and monitor services on production servers. Knowledge in Windows / Linux / Vmware Ensure service levels meet requirements. Work with Project team to prepare project scope and troubleshooting of backup jobs on platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Windows, VMware, and UNIX servers) English mandatory, French/Dutch speaking would be appreciated. Upper intermediate level of written and spoken English is a must.
